Voici mon "setup" pour mon méchoui de la St-Jean. En fait, la "patente" appartient à Jean-Guy Turbide, le père de Dominique, une bonne amie à nous. Un "tank" à faire des méchouis.
Je voulais au départ faire cuire un cochon de lait mais je m'y suis pris trop tard: pas d'animal disponible en temps... Alors j'ai opté pour 2 longes de porc et un gigot d'agneau. C'était excellent!
